Part time runner/legal office support :: Must speak English and have your reliable own transportation. Experience with answering client phone calls is a must! Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a multi-tasking role in a fast paced environment. Experience with MS Office, database entry and filing is a must. We offer a casual work environment. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of west kendall. You have access to local shopping on breaks or lunch hour and many local food establishments.

Our technology and infrastructure ::
Our office runs on a Windows 2000 Server platform and we have a multi unit client server environment including access to the internet via a DSL connection. We use Process Server Toolbox (PST) for our database tool. All of our internal office personnel have access to email and can use the internet for up to the minute information.

We expect to do a major server upgrade in 2005 and are investigating a new telephone system.
